Charity Valuation Day for Jewellery – Abernyte
Unearth Your Hidden Treasures at The Scottish Antique and Arts Centre’s Charity Valuation Day for Jewellery.
Our popular valuation days commence on Thursday April 25th at our Abernyte Centre. John Kelly and Bob Torrens our resident experts, with over 75 years of jewellery trade experience between them, will be casting their eye over your items to give a verbal valuation. Why not have a good look through your cupboards, cabinets and drawers and see what you can find, then come along and let John or Bob give it a closer inspection. You never know, you might come up with a piece of hidden treasure!
The day runs from 10-30am until 3pm and no booking is required.
£3 per item with a maximum of 4 per person.
When you visit us, why not browse through our vast selection of antiques and collectibles which are complimented by carefully chosen contemporary gifts, furniture, home accessories, a tempting food Hall, and quality brands of ladies clothing.
Early birds can enjoy a delicious breakfast in Café Circa, served until 11-30am or maybe just a coffee and some mouth- watering cakes.
All proceeds from the day will go to Maggie’s Centre Dundee our chosen charity for 2019
Maggie’s provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer and their family and friends, following the ideas about cancer care originally laid out by Maggie Keswick Jencks.
Every year, over 300,000 people are diagnosed with cancer in the UK, facing tough questions, exhausting treatment and difficult emotions. These challenges affect not only those with cancer, but their family and friends, too.
Maggie’s is there for anyone and everyone affected by cancer, offering a programme of support that has been shown to strengthen physical and emotional wellbeing.
